Return for Credit Process

Step 1 - Fill out the RFC Credit form using the button below.

Step 2 - Wait for Pro-face Customer Care to send you an RFC Number and shipping instructions for the unit. You will NOT receive an auto-response.

Step 3 - Ship the unit INCLUDING your RFC Number to the address in the email.

IMPORTANT - Please DO NOT ship the return for credit item UNTIL AFTER you receive an email from the Pro-face Customer Care team with your RFC Number. The unit must be received at the Schneider Electric facility for evaluation BEFORE a credit is approved or issued. You will not receive an auto-response from Customer Care.

Warranty Repairs are NOT to be returned for credit.
Please use the Return for Repair form. Credit is issued for unopened product ONLY.
