Please forward a copy of your sales tax certificate(s) made out to Schneider Electric USA Inc. to avoid any gaps in your continuing exemption status on future purchases. Pro-face merged into Schneider Electric USA Inc on December 31, 2022. Due to this merger we require updated sales tax certificates made out to Schneider Electric USA Inc. If updated certificate(s) are not received there is the risk of your account status being changed to taxable. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Inventory and Order Status Update:
All Pro-face inventory has now been transferred to the Greensboro Plant in North Carolina. Orders are being processed and product is starting to be shipped to customers as it is received into stock. Pro-face sales team members will be provided a weekly report while we work through some ERP recording issues to offer some insight on order status information. Presently Lead times are being reported as 12 weeks. We will update these with more accurate dates as soon as possible. Product production has improved and will be shipped accordingly. Important Notice for Pro-face Partners:
There has been a small amount of people that are not able to access the Pro-face HMI Store to place orders online. This seems to be an Internet issue that only some computers are having and could be related to a recent 3rd party update on those computers. We are continuing to review, and trouble shoot the situation.
This is causing our Customer Care team to manually enter some orders and will result in a delay in processing and in answering customer email inquiries.
This is NOT an issue for all partners, but if you are having trouble placing your order through the online store, please do the following:
- Try hand entering URL https://www.hmisource.com, rather than using your bookmark
- Clear your browser’s “Cache”
- Try another browser (Switch to the IE browser. Sometimes FireFox will also work.)
- Try another device (try using a co-worker’s laptop, or desktop instead)
IF ARE STILL HAVING TROUBLE AFTER TRYING THE ABOVE, you can email a copy of your Purchase Order to purchaseorders@profaceamerica.com, but be sure to include the following to get prompt service:
- Put “PURCHASE ORDER” in the subject line.
- Include the SPF# (if applicable) on the Purchase Order
